Pandemic disruption opens the door for innovation
In 2009, Oprah Winfrey said, “It’s great to have a private jet. Anyone that tells you that having your own private jet isn’t great is lying to you.”
While her comments received a mixed reception given they were spoken during the global financial crisis; fast forward to the COVID-19 pandemic and there is seemingly much more acceptance of a private jet being a reasonable tool of travel rather than an elitist luxury. Typically associated with the rich and famous, private or business jet travel benefits now include personal health and safety.
