New commercial pilots face a constant quest to secure flight hours and experience to make them more eligible to obtain their first flying job

AFTER THE cost of getting the commercial licence (CPL) then comes the likelihood of having to get additional hours to, in theory, get ahead of the pack. The pack being other new CPL holders all trying to do the same thing. Get that first job.
