The recent leaking of a letter of complaint relating to safety concerns within Regional Express was unusual for a number of reasons.

As you would expect, mainstream media ran with this aviation story as it was negative in nature. However, it would appear that in this case, the major networks and newspapers were the core source, not social media which served more as an accelerant for a fire that was already lit.
