At just US$7 million, the US Department of Defense contract awarded to Northrop Grumman for the Reactive Electronic Attack Measures (REAM) program last April seems pretty small beer.

    “future capabilities enabling capability” is a particularly beautiful piece of military bureaucratic prose”, The public on Whidbey Island, WA, USA are all familiar with ‘military bureaucratic prose’! No mention of decibels, pollution or loss of quality of life by the public we are just collateral damage. Growlers have destroyed our environment with constant disruption of our daily lives shaking the foundation of homes, air pollution, harm to wildlife in our treasured paradise.

    Are the RAAF getting a replacement 12th aircraft? Been a few years now since the engine fire incident in US.

    Whats the point of all this hardware when we have no fuel reseveses in cou rty. All fuel comes from overseas, blockade and we are stuffed.
