The August edition of Aviator magazine will shortly hit newsstands and here is what you can look forward to.

There is a wrap up of the recently concluded Farnborough Airshow, which had some thinking the flying displays were, apart from the military heavy metal, a touch pedestrian.

Closer to home, there is full coverage of the recent general aviation summit in Wagga Wagga, where more than 30 industry associations came together and achieved consensus on the best way forward for reform.

This month’s edition also puts the Cessna Grand Caravan through its paces on a flight test and takes a look at the ATR turboprop’s role in the regional market.

Aviator is the sister magazine of Australian Aviation and is focused on general aviation, recreational, ultralights, rotary, military and warbirds.

In addition to being on sale at newsstands, digital editions of Aviator magazine can be purchased on Issuu. Prefer to subscribe? Click here.
