Landing and parking fees are not unreasonable at regional airports

I was disappointed to read about the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association of Australia’s (AOPA) call to scrap general aviation landing and overnight parking fees at Wagga Wagga recently (Daily Advertiser, January 11 2018).

AOPA’s ludicrous claim that the City of Wagga is imposing conditions that discriminate against aircraft owners lacked the professionalism their members should expect of their Association.
