Airbus Helicopters launches the RACER
Airbus Helicopters unveiled its Rapid And Cost-Effective Rotorcraft (RACER) compound demonstrator concept at the Paris Airshow on June 20 as the manufacturer sets its sights on the civil high-speed rotorcraft market.
Able to take off and land vertically, RACER will be able to fly at more than 238kt.
