One of the most challenging issues facing our industry at the moment is how to safely and effectively integrate the operation of remotely piloted aircraft systems (RPAS), or drones.

The prevalence and availability of RPAS in recent years has increased dramatically. Once a specialist technology confined to the military, RPAS are now readily available online and in many retail outlets at prices that are attractive to a large number of users for both commercial and recreational purposes.
