The pain of inconsistency
CASA needs to meet independently monitored KPIs
As a small child I enjoyed the smell of 2,4-D and DDT on the ag planes that operated from the “aeroplane paddock” on the family farm. My fascination was most likely caused with the interaction growing up with the ag pilots and spending time pacing out the spray runs with big orange flags and having the roar of the planes flashing past at low level followed by the pull up and wingover to start the next run that started my fascination with aviation.
Nearly 50 years on and I still have a fascination for aviation. But it is a different fascination now. This month is 25 years since I commenced business as an aircraft charter operator.
