In this issue we report the delivery of two 717-200 aircraft to QantasLink.
QantasLink took delivery of 717-2K9 VH-YQY at Adelaide on January 23 after the aircraft completed its ferry flight from Helsinki. The ferry which was operated by Southern Cross as SXA1279 was routed via Alexandria, Al Ain, Kolkata, Singapore and Broome. Earlier on December 7 the 717-2K9 then registered OH-BLO was ferried from Helsinki to Norwich, UK where it is painted in QantasLink colours before returning to Helsinki on December 15.
