By far the most interesting aircraft shown in the
New Allocations
section this month is Hawker Hurricane JFW. The aircraft is a Canadian-built Mk XII that came to Australia last year as a flying example. However, on arrival it was found that the aircraft needed some work so the fuselage went to Luskintyre while the wings went to Scone. The complete aircraft is now at Scone under the watchful eye of Ross Pay and is expected to make its first flight from Australian soil during the life of this issue.
