Qantas retires the Boeing 767

A favourite with crews and passengers and a stalwart of everyhaul, the Boeing 767 revolutionised Qantas: it was, in essence, the 787 of its time.

A remarkable career spanning 29 years, 5 months, 24 days, over a distance equivalent to 2,438 return trips to the moon, will end at 1820 on December 27 2014, when 767- 338ER VH-OGL touches down at Sydney as QF767 from Melbourne.
