For most passengers, the “better” airline is one with more legroom, that’s less cramped, with inflight entertainment, better service, and perhaps at-seat power or the option of business class for trips where comfort and space to use a laptop easily (or the chance for a bit of upmarket leisure travel glitz) are required.
