It’s a jungle out there

As airlines from around the world gathered in Doha at the annual International Air Transport Association (IATA) conference in June, the issue of passengers behaving badly reared its ugly head.

It is not a new phenomenon, but it does seem to be growing at an alarming rate. Is it a reflection of our society in a broader sense, or are things really getting that bad back in the cabin? The answer is probably a little of both.
