Bombardier Aerospace has opened a new regional support office in Singapore as part of plans to better support commercial operators in the South East Asia region.
The office is the 18th such office the manufacturer has opened outside of North America
“With more than 300 CRJ and Q-Series fleet in operation or on order in the greater China and Asia-Pacific region, our customer base counts on Bombardier support teams embedded locally,” said Todd Young, Vice President, Customer Services and Support in a statement. “By centralising our technical expertise and operations support in Singapore, we will significantly bolster our response times, create more efficient local decision making abilities, and most importantly build lasting partnerships to ensure efficient operations of Bombardier commercial aircraft within the South East Asia region.”
