Parafield Airport is again offering a Youth Flying Scholarship in 2014 for one person from the local northern Adelaide region wanting to train to become a commercial pilot.
The scholarship, which is valued at $60,000 and covers all tuition fees and uniforms, is open to anyone aged between 18 and 25 who is active or lives in the greater Salisbury catchment area, which surrounds the airport.

The scholarship is provided in conjunction with Flight Training Adelaide, Northern Futures and the City Of Salisbury.
Recipient of this year’s inaugural scholarship, Bradley Conway, is close to completing his year-long training and like next year’s winner, will be awarded a commercial pilots licence.
