GippsAero has announced the appointment of Keith Douglas as the new CEO of its aircraft business.

Douglas joined the company in 2011 as the chief operating officer. He has experience in business transition, restructuring and integration in previous roles, an. takes over from Terry Miles.

In May GippsAero announced a restructuring that included redundancies for 40 staff.
