Boeing has delivered the 7,500th 737, marking another major milestone in the world’s best-selling twin-jet’s 46-year history. With more than 3,100 737s yet to be delivered, Boeing has so far received some 10,500 orders for the 737.
The 7,500th jet – a 737-900ER – was delivered to Malaysia’s Malindo Air, a joint-venture Indonesia’s Lion Air and Malaysia’s national aerospace and defence industries.
