Swiss company RUAG acquired Rosebank Engineering in December as part of RUAG’s growing market presence in Australia and the wider the Asia Pacific region.
RUAG Aviation Division CEO Philipp Berner said: “Having acquired Rosebank Engineering Pty Ltd, RUAG can offer lifecycle support solutions to its Australian and regional customers from component to platform level. This means that RUAG, the longstanding technology partner of the Swiss Armed Forces, is also well placed to offer extensive lifecycle support services to the Australian Defence Force.”
