Asia Pacific aviation leaders summit

Aviation Aerospace Australia is holding the Asia Pacific Leaders summit between February 25-27 in Melbourne.

Bringing together the region’s aviation leaders at a time of significant growth, the summit aims to consider the challenges and opportunities the cross-section of industry will face over the next 20 years.

Announcing the event, Aviation Australia said: “The challenge is how Australia will adapt and focus beyond our shores to find a place in the fastest growing market in the world. The 2013 Asia Pacific Aviation and Aerospace Leaders Summit follows the release of the Australian Government’s ‘Australia in the Asian Century’ white paper and will help promote our world-class industry with opportunities in emerging markets.”

Speakers will include state and federal ministers, safety regulators, aircraft manufacturers, IATA and airport authorities.
