Casa’s aviation medicine section is concerned with the ageing pilot population and possible deterioration of not only physical faculties but also the cognitive ability of those pilots.

As a result casa plans to advise the introduction of a mild cognitive test known as the ‘moca test’ later this year. Moca, typically spelt as moca, stands for montreal cognitive assessment.
