GippsAERO has appointed Hawker Pacific as its authorised dealer in Southeast Asia as it seeks to establish its presence in a fast-growing market.
Under the terms of the agreement, Hawker Pacific will represent GippsAERO products across the region with a focus on sales of the GA8 Airvan and the upcoming GA10. Hawker Pacific will also provide maintenance support to GippsAERO aircraft in the region.

“We have watched the development of the GippsAERO Airvan with great interest,” Hawker Pacific COO-Asia Tony Jones said. “The product has evolved into an extremely effective utility aircraft suitable for a range of missions including tourism, utility and passenger transport. Its robust construction, impressive payload and outstanding short field performance makes it perfectly suited to operations throughout the ASEAN region.”
GippsAERO parent company Mahindra Aerospace said it would use the agreement to evaluate the possibility of a “much larger relationship” with Hawker Pacific in the future.
