Lion Air to order Dreamliners

Batik 787K65681-01 — Lion Air is to order 787s for Batik Air.

Boeing has confirmed that Indonesian carrier Lion Air has made a commitment to order five 787-8 Dreamliners.

The order is expected to be finalised later in the year, at which point it will be placed on Boeing’s Orders and Deliveries website.

Lion Air has said that the aircraft will be operated by its full-service subsidiary Batik Air.
