2011 marked the 70th anniversary of Australian Air Force Cadets, which was formed as the Air Training Corps (ATC) to provide a reservoir of recruits for the RAAF during WW2. Since then more than 40,000 staff and cadets have been involved in the Air Training Corps and Air Force Cadets.
