written by australianaviation.com.au | November 29, 2011
Air New Zealand is launching a new membership card with debit features.
Air New Zealand is ratcheting up its frequent flyer card in a bid to replace most of the rest of the cards in your wallet.

Air New Zealand’s new Airpoints loyalty card will include an optional pre-paid debit card as well as an ePass tag to ease domestic check-in.

Once activated, the MasterCard branded debit card can be pre-loaded with up to four foreign currencies for use overseas or at foreign-based online retailers without accruing additional currency conversion fees. The debit card will also earn users frequent flyer points.
