Lockheed Martin has produced its 250th C-130J Super Hercules, the company announced.
The workhorse military aircraft is in wide use around the world, including in Australia, Canada, Denmark, Italy, Norway, the UK and the US. Aircraft are currently being built for Iraq, Israel, South Korea, Kuwait, Oman and Tunisia.

The longest continually operating military aircraft in history, 2404 C-130s of all makes have been produced over the past 60 years, Lockheed Martin said.
