Qantas has launched its new, most exclusive Qantas Frequent Flyer program level, ‘Platinum One’, which it says will “only be available for a select group of the airline’s most loyal customers”.
Features of the new level include a ‘Platinum One Special Service Team’, which will “monitor, support and enhance [Platinum One member’s] travel experience; assistance with accessing reward flights and upgrades; earlier confirmation of upgrade requests; complimentary membership of Qantas Frequent Flyer’s epiQure food and wine club; and gifts and experiences, from tickets to Qantas sponsored events to ‘flights’ in a Qantas flight simulator.

Platinum One will be introduced from November 7.
The airline has also made changes to how Frequent Flyer members register and are notified of flight upgrades.
