A RAN Sea King made a “precautionary landing” at Garden Island on Sunday (June 12) following an undisclosed problem while participating in Navy 100 celebrations.
The Nowra based Sea King from 817SQN had been involved in celebrations at Sydney’s Darling Harbour when the problem occurred at approximately 11:05 am. The helicopter was able to land safely without further incident with no injuries to any crew onboard.
