Mitsubishi Aircraft Corporation (MAC) has chosen Boeing to provide customer support services for its new Mitsubishi Regional Jet (MRJ) family of aircraft.
Under the agreement, announced at the Paris Airshow, Boeing’s Commercial Aviation Services division will provide MAC with “24/7 customer support including spare parts provisioning, service operations and field services”, as well as a maintenance web portal entailing an Airplane Health Management System (AHMS).
