“To be held in such high esteem by our airline passengers is very humbling and we’d like to thank them for their continued support,” Gold Coast Airport COO Paul Donovan said.
The ‘Airport of the Year’ award was presented to Hong Kong International Airport, with Singapore Changi and Seoul’s Incheon Airport second and third, while Gold Coast also came second in the ‘Best Airport – Australia/Pacific’ category, behind Auckland and ahead of Brisbane.
