Bartsch joins Rex board

Regional Express has appointed aviation safety consultant Ron Bartsch as an independent director. Bartsch has held a range of operational, safety and regulatory roles in the aviation industry, including head of safety and regulatory compliance for Qantas and manager of the CASA Sydney Airline Transport Field Office. The the well known author of a textbook on aviation law, Bartsch is also a senior visiting fellow with the Department of Aviation at the University of NSW.
