Renewed growth driving up skilled labour needs

The aviation industry’s demand for skilled labour is once again set to hit concerning levels in the near future as growth continues.

Unlike in much of the rest of the world, the Australian aviation industry has remained relatively resilient over the last few years. While major airlines pared back their growth plans and parked aircraft, some of that capacity is starting to come back into the market now. That means that demand for skilled labour, such as pilots and engineers, is once again beginning to rise.
