Rolls-Royce has been awarded a C$70m (A$m) contract by Lockheed Martin to provide in-service support for the engines on the Canadian Forces’ new fleet of CC-130J Hercules transports.
The six year contract will see RR provide logistical support to Lockheed Martin for the fleet’s AE 2100D3 engines, and depot level maintenance in partnership with StandardAero.
