Bouquets, not brickbats

I have sent quite a few brickbats through this column, but I believe credit must be given where it is due.

There appears to be a quiet revolution going on in the senior management of CASA, Airservices and ATSB. The CEOs of these bodies have recently appointed people with whom the industry can work. There is an emerging understanding that unless the industry is allowed to grow and thrive there will be little left to regulate or manage.
