Boeing has awarded Melbourne based Production Parts a contract to supply rudder pedal kits for F/A-18E/F Super Hornets production.
The one-year contract gives Production Parts options on future contracts Boeing may receive from the US Navy and international customers for the Super Hornet. The aircraft is currently in contention for sales to Denmark, Brazil, Greece and India, and a follow-on multi-year procurement (MYP) contract is under consideration for the US Navy.

Production Parts also has contracts for components for the System Design and Demonstration phase of the F-35 JSF program.
