Fokker Services has delivered a VIP configured Fokker 100 featuring an auxiliary fuel tank system (AFTS), which helps to significantly boost the aircraft’s range.
The AFTS, which consists of four auxiliary tanks installed in the forward cargo compartment of the aircraft, extends the range of the aircraft out to approximately 2700nm, dependent on configuration. As such, Fokker Services is aiming the retrofit at VIP configured Fokker 100s.
