Army to Use Ec 135 for Tiger Training

as Reported in Australian Aviation’s Feature on the Tiger Arh Program Last Issue, the Army is About to Use Two Leased Eurocopter Ec 135s for Its Tiger Pilots and Battle Captains (Bcs) to Maintain Training and Currency Hours Until the Tiger Enters Full Operational Service in 2010.

The Helicopters Are Being Provided by Australian Helicopters on Contract on Behalf of Local Eurocopter Subsidiary Australian Aerospace. The Contract Began in June to Provide a Combined Total of 1600 Flying Hours Per Year.
