Aviation in Australia has operated under the direction of an ALP Federal Government since 1983, which to many within the aviation industry has not always been considered a positive thing. The coming election could well usher in a change of government so to better evaluate the Opposition’s aviation policy Australian Aviation’s Managing Editor Jim Thorn spoke with Senator Warwick Parer, the Coalition’s spokesperson on Tourism Aviation and Customs.
