Time for Innovation at Qantas
James Strong, the new CEO, is taking over the Qantas helm at a crucial time in the carrier’s long history.

However, there is even more turbulence ahead if the airline doesn’t quickly move to grasp future opportunities before they pass the Flying Kangaroo by. It is not for us to tell Qantas how to run its operations, though that said, there appears to be plenty of opportunity to initiate innovative marketing decisions that the airline doesn’t seem to even consider relevant.
