A Worthy Alternative to the Small Corporate Turboprop

Despite the depressing performance of aircraft sales generally over the past two years and a $5 million loss incurred by Piper Aircraft Corporation during fiscal year 1983, the company has met the challenges of the future with a vengeance.

Far from sitting back and waiting for the economy to pick up, Piper has used this quiet time to develop new aircraft which hopefully, will increase their future market share. The company has developed three new pressurised, piston-engined aircraft. One, the Malibu, is a totally new and exciting design. The other two, the Aerostar 700P and Mojave are actually developments of existing aircraft in the Piper tribe.
