Covering more than 300,000 square feet at Singapore Changi Airport, the exhibition has attracted the participation of eight national groups from Britain, Canada, France, West Germany, Israel, Singapore, Sweden and USA. In addition, there are exhibitors from 10 other countries including Australia, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Netherlands and Taiwan.

The first three days of this five-day exhibition will be strictly for trade visitors. It will bring to the region the largest gathering of aerospace exhibits for decision-makers to keep in touch with the latest in technology of what’s available in the industry. It will also present a valuable opportunity for top-level people in the industry, from the government and private sectors, to meet for discussions and exchange of views about current developments and trends that will have an impact on the future of the aerospace industries in the Asian Pacific region.

Within the static display section will be a variety of aircraft and helicopters for both civil and military roles. Among the exhibitors having static displays are MBB, Airbus, Aerospatiale, Aeritalia, Aerospace International, Hawker Pacific, Inchcape Aviation, Singapore Aircraft Industries, Airfas, Air New Zealand and Canadair.

Besides commercial airliners, corporate aircraft, military aircraft and helicopters, the wide cross-section of indoor exhibits will cover aircraft engines, training systems, avionics, radar, flight management systems, ground support equipment, operating supplies and services, aircraft components and spares, engineering and overhaul services, air defence systems, fire control systems, missiles and armaments for land, sea and air forces.

Whether your interest lies in sourcing for spares and components, seeking ancillary supplies and services, acquiring defence hardware and software, reviewing new aircraft capabilities or updating your knowledge of the state-of-art of the industry, Asian Aerospace ’84 Is a billion-dollar showcase that should not be missed by defence and civil aviation officials as well as decision-makers in the aerospace industry.
