Holding its own with consummate ease in a currently quiet and increasingly specialised market, the Citation II as marketed by Rex Aviation represents a performance envelope and DOCs currently sought after by a number of turboprop types- and yet it’s still around the bottom/mid-range when it comes to pricing.
