The US National Transportation Safety Board’s latest communique to AADR proves that this is, unfortunately, the case.

The Board’s latest list of light aircraft accident causes clearly points the finger at the pilot in command in most cases; and, alas, the biggest sector total comes under the heading of Pilot.
