With a few modifications on the basic aircraft, the 1980 Model Stationair 6 is already marketing confidently in the Australian marketplace, according to Australasian distributors Rex Aviation.

Behind the minor aerodynamic refinements (including a thick-waisted tri-blade prop using more of the 300hp engine’s output more efficiently), the Stationair 6 is still the dependable, heavy-lift and long-striding type it was when it first landed in Australia years back.
