The Australian Army helicopters are in the final stages of re-assembly at HMAS Albatross in south coast NSW before being relocated to the Army Aviation Training Centre in Oakey, Queensland.

The hub could facilitate the maintenance of other aircraft such as those from the New Zealand Defence Force, Defence Industry Minister Pat Conroy said.

Three EA-18G Growler aircraft will attend Exercise Tarang Shakti 24, which is being held at Air Force Station Jodhpur from 30 August to 13 September 2024.
