Submissions and nominations have opened for the inaugural Momentum Media Australian AI Awards 2024, which champions the aerospace sector for contributing to the dynamic field of artificial intelligence.

In total, a record 160 contenders are set to compete across 17 group and 11 individual award categories – the highest number of categories since the awards program’s inception.

Ahead of the inaugural Australian Aviation Summit 2024, founder of Pinstripe Solutions Kirsty Anne Ferguson said the perceived instability has made aviation an unattractive sector for the younger generations.

As the aviation sector embarks on a period of innovation and advancement, the industry’s leading experts will gather at the brand-new event in August.

The inaugural Defence & National Security Workforce Awards recognised those companies that have transformed the sector and the industry’s top achieving up-and-comers.

The Australian Defence Industry Awards program, now in its sixth year, is being run with support from principal partner KBR. After much deliberation, the judging panel has chosen a total of 212 finalists to compete across 10 individual and 18 group submissions-based categories.
