Gateways to the future: improving the airport experience

With airports around Australia modernising their equipment from security right through to baggage claim, our major gateways are looking to go toe-to-toe with big overseas hubs in terms of speed, efficiency, and customer experience. Australian Aviation spoke to Simon Westaway, CEO of the Australian Airports Association, on how new technologies are making it faster and less stressful to get from curb to gate and back again.
