Australia announced as drone radio export hub after success in Ukraine

A new drone radio has been launched by Australian tech company Codan at the recent MILCIS 2025 Expo in Canberra, following recognition as Ukraine’s preferred drone communications solution.

Codan announced the Australian production launch of the BluSDR-6 drone radio, developed by Codan’s DTC division, at the annual Military Communications and Information Systems Conference in Canberra. The launch was attended by the Ambassador of Ukraine to Australia, Vasyl Myroshnychenko.
