It is hard to believe this is happening at the moment
Pilots who were just starting their training, through to just graduating, through to just landed their dream job, all the way to veterans of the industry, have had to reassess their future direction in the industry.
We at Matt Hall Racing have also been put on hold, and at times it can be very frustrating not knowing what the future is. Aviators by nature are control freaks, so not being able to influence our own careers and training can be a mental challenge that we are not very well equipped to deal with. How have we dealt with it here? Keep the big picture and stay in touch with the dream.
