Out of the Blue: habit patterns for high performance, Part 3
It is 1am in London. I’m wide awake (my body still thinks it’s 10am local). I’m bored (stuck in a hotel room with very little to do) and I’m craving something sweet. I’m finding it difficult to adjust to yet another flight schedule.
While I’m fairly disciplined about how I manage my time in foreign locations, particularly where the time zone changes are significant, I’ve never truly adapted to the routines and the ongoing disruption to my sleep.
